| In Decision Base, you are facing a number of challenges as you compete against other teams for clients, markets and profit. Each team represents a management board, members being responsible for finance, sales&marketing, production and corporate intelligence. You have to create and follow your strategy to beat the competition!
During the simulation, a lot of important questions are raised:
“Should we stick with this product portfolio or should we develop new products?”
“Which new markets should we enter?”
“How should we design our production so that we can stay profitable?”
“How should we reinvest the profit we generate?”

Decision Base is a 2-day long, competitive board-based simulation. It is suitable for 12-24 participants (4-6 teams of 3 or 4 people). The facilitator acts as your consultant and as your bank manager but will not influence your strategy or decision making. You are faced with all your decisions’ consequences! This might even include a bankruptcy…but, of course, the facilitator will allow you to reorganize your business in case this happens.
